Ordering & Delivery

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Orders take between 24-72 hours to process and ship. Once an order has been shipped your can expect your delivery in 7-15 business days. Please get in touch via our contact page if your order hasn’t been delivered in the expected time, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We are proud to let you know that we currently ship worldwide!

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via groovyhomestore@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I change my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to let you know that on orders above 29,99 we currently ship worldwide for free! This means most of our bundle packages ship for free. On orders below this amount we charge 3,99 shipping. 

Where can I track my order?

You should receive an email with your tracking number within 2-3 days after your purchase. This tracking number can be entered here to follow your order.

My package got lost in the mail

We understand that sometimes the post office will lose a package. We offer refunds or replacements if your package got lost in the mail. Your tracking must not have been updated for at least 30 days to qualify. 

Returns

Can I return something if I don't like it?

Yes, we offer frictionless returns. You don't like it, you return it. The only thing we are picky about is that you return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via groovyhomestore@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Apple Pay. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Please get in contact here if it has been more than 3 days since you issued a refund.
